3 Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor
[Clause 3 Amended by S.R. 2022, No. 40, Applied:30 Jun 2022] The area of land designated as Area 1 on Amended Plan, Revision No. 1, of Plan 10396 in the Central Plan Register, to be land within a corridor, is –
(a) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and
(b) assigned the name “North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah”.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
