Tasmania regulation
This order names four parliamentary bodies — the Office of the Governor, House of Assembly, Legislative Council and Legislature‑General — as “relevant government agencies” for the Government Procurement Review (International Free Trade Agreements) Act 2019 (s3). It starts when its making is published in the Gazette (s2) and is administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance. Mechanically, the order brings those bodies within the Act’s procurement‑review framework, placing any compliance, reporting or review duties the Act imposes onto them.
