Tasmania regulation
This proclamation, made under the Nature Conservation Act 2002, partially revokes the reservation of land known as The Nut State Reserve. The specific area removed from reserve status is defined by the plan in Schedule 2; the change was notified in the Gazette on 26 December 2012 and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment. The legal effect is to change the land’s reserve status and therefore the management and regulatory regime that applies to that area.
