Tasmania regulation
This proclamation removes the reserved‑land status of a specific parcel at Badger Head and publishes a supporting plan. It mechanically changes the legal status of that land under the Nature Conservation Act 2002. The Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment administers the proclamation; any costs or regulatory effects follow from subsequent administrative or transactional steps (Schedule 1; Schedule 2).
