Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 In Force TAS
Jurisdiction Tasmania
Act Number 97 of 2012
Collection regulation This proclamation, made under the Nature Conservation Act 2002, formally declares nine named parcels of land as conservation areas and attaches mapped plans and lot descriptions for those parcels. It places those lands under conservation management by the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment and records the Gazette notification date (24 October 2012). The document mechanically creates legal designation and spatial description; it does not set out detailed management rules within the proclamation itself.
