Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 In Force TAS
Jurisdiction Tasmania
Act Number 67 of 2011
Collection regulation This proclamation formally creates and extends several regional reserves under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 by naming parcels of land and attaching maps showing their boundaries. It makes those areas subject to the Act’s management rules and places administration responsibility with the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment. People and businesses operating on the listed parcels will be subject to the land-use and conservation controls that apply to regional reserves.
