Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 In Force TAS
Jurisdiction Tasmania
Act Number 20 of 2011
Collection regulation This proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 formally records ten named parcels of land as conservation areas and attaches the official plans for each. It specifies area figures for Five Mile Bluff and notes administration by the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment (Gazette notice 6 April 2011).
The change affects land users, local managers and the Department: the Department decides and enforces management under the Act; land users face use restrictions and compliance duties; the government carries administration and enforcement costs.
