Tasmania regulation
This proclamation formally declares a specified parcel of land to have a statutory status under the Nature Conservation Act 2002, identifying the land in Schedule 1 and showing its boundaries on the plan in Schedule 2. It took effect on notification in the Gazette (23 December 2009) and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment. Mechanically, the instrument fixes legal status by reference to the schedules and places administrative and compliance duties on the Department and the site's managers.
