Tasmania regulation
This proclamation revises the legal boundaries of two marine nature reserves at Tinderbox and Ninepin Point by revoking the previously reserved areas and establishing new reserved areas, identified in Schedule 1 and shown on the plans in Schedule 2 (plan references include cpr7324, cpr2185, cpr2186, cpr8626 and cpr8627).
The change matters to people and businesses using those marine areas because it alters where reserve rules apply; the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment administers the proclamation and users must comply with the updated mapped boundaries.
