Tasmania regulation
This proclamation brings a specific parcel of land — the "Peter Murrell Conservation Area" — under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 and publishes the official map/plan for that area (Schedules 1–2). Notified in the Gazette on 6 August 2008, it assigns administration to the Department of Primary Industries and Water. It therefore changes which land is managed under the Act and which public agency makes decisions about use and management of that land.
