Tasmania regulation
This proclamation declares specific parcels of land as named historic sites under the Nature Conservation Act 2002. It lists precise lot areas and ties each to a labelled plan (Schedule 2) so the legal boundaries are fixed.
The named sites (Port Arthur, Eaglehawk Neck, Cemetery Point, Premaydena Point, Strahan Customs House) are brought under administration by the Department of Primary Industries and Water; the instrument was notified in the Gazette on 26 December 2007.
