Tasmania regulation
This proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 formally designates five named parcels of land — Calverts Hill Nature Reserve, Ida Bay State Reserve, Wingaroo Nature Reserve, Maria Island National Park and Sith Cala Nature Reserve — and publishes the official plans/maps for each. The Department of Primary Industries and Water is named as the administering agency; the instrument was notified in the Gazette on 14 November 2007.
The declaration sets the legal status and mapped boundaries for these areas, affecting land managers, visitors and anyone with property or activity interests within those boundaries.
