Tasmania regulation
This proclamation declares five mapped parts of Southport Lagoon to be conservation areas under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 and attaches the plans that show their boundaries. The Department of Primary Industries and Water is named as the administering agency, so those parcels are brought under the Act’s regulatory regime and anyone using or managing those parcels will be subject to the Act’s rules and the department’s administration.
