Tasmania regulation
This proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 partially revokes the Duck Bay Conservation Area and publishes a corresponding plan (Schedules 1–2). It changes the legal designation and management boundaries for the named land and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries and Water.
Mechanically, it alters which conservation rules apply to that area; the executive made the change by proclamation (Gazette 28 June 2006). The text does not set out any costs, compensation, or new funding arrangements.
