Tasmania regulation
This proclamation formally declares three properties—Blindburn Creek, Mountain Valley and Little Swanport—as private nature reserves under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 and records their official plans (maps). It was published in the Gazette on 16 March 2005 and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. The designation changes the legal status of the named lands and places them under departmental administration; specific duties and effects follow from the Act itself.
