Tasmania regulation
This proclamation changes the legal classification of land at Trevallyn: it partly revokes the Trevallyn State Reserve and creates the Trevallyn Nature Recreation Area. The exact parcels and boundaries are set out in Schedules 1–2 and the accompanying plans.
It matters to anyone who uses, manages or regulates that land because the change alters which statutory land category applies and who administers it (Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment), with consequent effects on permitted uses and management rules.
