Tasmania regulation
This proclamation, made under the Nature Conservation Act 2002, establishes the Mount William Conservation Area and publishes a plan for it (Schedule 2). It gives the land a formal conservation status and places management and enforcement responsibility with the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. Persons and businesses using or accessing the land are subject to the conservation designation and any rules in the attached plan; compliance costs and restrictions flow from that designation and from the Act cited in the proclamation.
