Tasmania regulation
What this instrument does: This proclamation, made under the Nature Conservation Act 2002, formally declares the Kent Group as the Kent Group National Park and publishes its management plan (Schedule 2). It places the land and waters under national-park status and management by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. Users, visitors and commercial operators must comply with park rules; the Department administers and bears management responsibility while regulated parties face compliance obligations.
