Tasmania regulation
This proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 removes part of the Tamar Conservation Area (Schedule 1) and attaches a plan showing the amended boundary (Schedule 2). It was published in the Gazette and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.
Mechanically, the instrument changes protected‑area boundaries by executive action; the government decides which land is excluded and affected landowners or managers face altered regulatory constraints and any resulting compliance or administrative costs.
