Tasmania regulation
This proclamation names four parcels of land—Burns Creek, Kings Run, Pegarah and Tatana—as private nature reserves, gives their sizes, and links to mapped plans in two schedules. It records mapped boundaries and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. The designation changes the legal status of those parcels under the Nature Conservation Act 2002; the proclamation itself lists areas and plans but does not set out management funding, compensation or operational rules.
