Tasmania regulation
This proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 partially revokes the Rocky Cape National Park designation and records the revised boundary in an attached plan (Schedules 1–2). Mechanically, it removes specified land from park status and reallocates management responsibility.
The Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment administers the change; the government decides and implements it, bearing implementation costs, while land users/owners and park managers face changes to permitted uses, compliance obligations and management duties (Schedules 1–2).
