Tasmania regulation
This proclamation formally declares eight named parcels of land as a State Reserve or Nature Reserves under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 and publishes the official boundary plans. It affects the land itself, landholders, local users and anyone proposing development or activities there because management responsibility moves to the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment and statutory land‑use rules for reserves apply. The schedules record the legal parcels (Schedule 1) and the maps (Schedule 2).
