Tasmania regulation
This proclamation formally establishes the Reedy Lagoon Private Nature Reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 and publishes the reserve’s boundary plan. It was notified in the Gazette on 17 March 2004 and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. Mechanically, it gives the land a conservation designation under the Act, changing who may use and manage the site by placing it within the Act’s regulatory and administrative regime; landowners and users must follow the Act’s rules and departmental directions.
