Tasmania regulation
This proclamation formally designates the area called ‘Jackeys Creek’ as a Private Nature Reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 and publishes an accompanying plan (Schedule 2). It was notified in the Gazette on 12 November 2003 and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. The proclamation records the land’s legal status and map; it does not itself set management rules, fees, or enforcement details, which follow from the Act and departmental administration.
