Tasmania regulation
This proclamation (notified 25 June 2003) formally designates the Tamar Conservation Area under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 (Schedule 1) and attaches a supporting plan/map (Schedule 2). It is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. The proclamation records the designation and plan but does not itself set out detailed rules, costs, or enforcement—those derive from the Act and related instruments; the proclamation does not identify who pays for management or specify compliance obligations.
