Tasmania regulation
This proclamation declares ten named parcels as conservation areas and one as a game reserve under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 and attaches official maps for each (Schedules 1–2). It was gazetted on 25 December 2002 and is administered by the Department of Tourism, Parks, Heritage and the Arts. The change gives the Department legal authority to manage those lands; affected land users and managers face changed permitted activities and any compliance or permitting costs arising from the new statutory status.
