Tasmania regulation
This proclamation formally declares four named parcels of land — Little Beach, Low Head, Recherche Bay (Nature Recreation Area) and Seymour — as areas under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 and attaches graphic plans for each (Schedules 1–2). The executive made the declaration and administration is assigned to the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment, so those lands will be managed and regulated under the Act’s existing regime.
