Tasmania regulation
This proclamation updates the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 by adding specified parcels of land to Southwest National Park, South Bruny National Park and Three Hummock Island Nature Reserve, and includes plans showing those additions. It was notified in the Gazette on 13 December 2000 and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment. Mechanically, it changes which land falls under the Act and shifts management responsibility; it does not itself set funding, fees or other regulatory rules.
