Tasmania regulation
This proclamation declares the Bagdad and Mangalore "restricted supply water district" under the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 and attaches plans showing the district boundaries (Schedules 1–2). Mechanically, it brings properties and users inside those mapped boundaries under the Act's water‑supply-related provisions and assigns administration to the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources, creating compliance obligations and administrative oversight for those within the district.
