75A Further investigation by Commissioner if no agreement reached by conciliation
[Section 75A Inserted by No. 42 of 2013, s. 28, Applied:01 Jan 2014] If a complaint is not resolved before the Commissioner makes a determination under section 71(1) , the Commissioner or authorised person may further investigate the complaint and may direct a person to take part in a further conciliation conference at a specified time and place.
