[Section 96W Inserted by No. 42 of 2022, s. 17, Applied:14 Dec 2022] The Minister must, within the 6-month period beginning on the tenth anniversary of the day on which any environmental standards came into effect, review the environmental standards to determine whether or not they should be amended or revoked.
