42A Completion of environmental improvement programmes
[Section 42A Inserted by No. 56 of 2000, s. 22, Applied:14 Jul 2000] If the Board considers that an environmental improvement programme in respect of an activity has been satisfactorily completed, the Board must, by notice in writing served on the person responsible for the activity and any person who made a representation under section 40(3) , notify those persons of the satisfactory completion of the programme.
