37 Environmental improvement programme
[Section 37 Amended by No. 56 of 2000, s. 18, Applied:14 Jul 2000] An environmental improvement programme is a specific programme the intent of which, when approved, is to achieve compliance with this Act for a particular activity by–
(a) reducing environmental harm; or
(b) [Section 37 Amended by No. 42 of 2022, s. 13, Applied:14 Dec 2022] detailing the transition to a new standard for the environment, environmental standards or a technical standard.
