(1) [Section 27I Subsection (1) amended by No. 45 of 2012, s. 14, Applied:06 Dec 2012] The Board, after the expiration of the relevant period for representations under section 27G , may require the applicant or proponent to submit further information to assist the Board in its assessment of an application or a proposal.
(2) If the Board requires the submission of further information, the periods referred to in section 27H do not run, or cease running, until that information is provided to the satisfaction of the Board.
