27E Board may require further information

(1) The Board may require a person to provide information to assist it in the provision of guidance under section 74(4) .
(2) [Section 27E Subsection (2) amended by No. 45 of 2012, s. 13, Applied:06 Dec 2012] If the Board requires the provision of information under subsection (1) , the periods specified in section 27D do not run, or cease running, until that information has been provided to the satisfaction of the Board.
