103 Fees imposed by councils
[Section 103 Substituted by No. 56 of 2000, s. 53, Applied:14 Jul 2000] In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 , a council may impose fees in relation to any function or service carried out by the council under this Act.
