3A Crown to be bound
[Section 3A Inserted by No. 4 of 2001, s. 6, Applied:12 Apr 2001] This Act binds the Crown, not only in right of Tasmania but also, so far as the legislative power of Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
