29 Notice to be given in Registry of Deeds
*[Section 29 Amended by No. 98 of 1986, s. 6 ]*When land is brought under this Act (otherwise than pursuant to Division 1 or section 27A ), the Recorder shall give notice of that fact in the Registry of Deeds in the prescribed manner.
