28A Restraining orders not affected when land brought under Act
*[Section 28A Inserted by No. 47 of 1996, s. 8 and Sched. 1 ]*If land that is brought under this Act is subject to a restraining order within the meaning of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1976 , the Recorder is to record particulars of the restraining order on the relevant folio of the Register.
