464A Application of Criminal Code Amendment (Judge Alone Trials) Act 2022
[Section 464A Amended by No. 4 of 2022, s. 4, Applied:08 Jun 2022] For the avoidance of doubt, the amendments to this Act made by the Criminal Code Amendment (Judge Alone Trials) Act 2022 apply in relation to an offence committed before the day on which that Act commences if a jury has not been empanelled in respect of a trial by jury for the offence.
