462 Application of Criminal Code and Related Legislation Amendment (Child Abuse) Act 2019
[Section 462 Amended by No. 29 of 2019, s. 7, Applied:02 Oct 2019] Section 105A , as inserted by the Criminal Code and Related Legislation Amendment (Child Abuse) Act 2019 , applies in respect of information obtained on or after the commencement of that Act, including if that information relates to a child abuse offence that occurred or may have occurred before the commencement of that Act.
