337C Involving person under 18 years in production of child exploitation material

[Section 337C Amended by No. 29 of 2005, s. 4, Applied:01 Aug 2005] Upon an indictment for involving a person under the age of 18 years in the production of child exploitation material, the accused person may be convicted of –

(a) producing child exploitation material; or

(b) distributing child exploitation material; or

(c) possessing child exploitation material.
