334 Manslaughter

*[Section 334 Amended by No. 13 of 1957, s. 5 ]**[Section 334 Amended by No. 67 of 1976, s. 3 ]*Upon an indictment for manslaughter the accused person may be convicted of –

(a) concealment of birth;

(b) causing the death of a child before birth;

(c) illtreating a child;

(ca) causing death by dangerous driving; or

(cb) [Section 334 Amended by No. 35 of 2017, s. 6, Applied:19 Sep 2017] dangerous driving; or

(d) an offence under subsection (1) of section 32 of the Traffic Act 1925 .
