239A Interpretation

[Section 239A of Part VI Inserted by No. 66 of 2013, s. 4, Applied:13 Dec 2013] In this Chapter –

firearm has the same meaning as in the Firearms Act 1996 ;

firearm part has the same meaning as in the Firearms Act 1996 .
