172A Dangerous driving
[Section 172A Amended by No. 35 of 2017, s. 6, Applied:19 Sep 2017] Any person who drives a motor vehicle on a public street at a speed, or in a manner, that is dangerous to the public, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, including the nature, condition and use of the street, and the amount of traffic which is actually at the time, or which might reasonably be expected to be, on the street, is guilty of a crime.
