Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes Tariff Concession Order 0411819 and replaces it with Tariff Concession Order 0500857. Both apply the same tariff classification (4413.00.00) to multi-layered wooden veneer continuous rolls 1–4 mm thick and 20–40 mm wide, but the replacement explicitly describes the goods as "EDGING." It affects importers claiming the Part III, Schedule 4 concession under the Customs Tariff Act 1995 and fixes the concession's effective date as 19 November 2005.
