Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes Tariff Concession Order (TCO) No. 8736083 effective 1 Jan 2007 and replaces it with TCO No. 0614034. Mechanically, it re‑lists the same artificial montan waxes under a different tariff classification (from 3404.10 to 3404.90.00) and records the applicable Schedule 4 item (Item 50). The stated effect is to change which Part III Schedule 4 concession applies; importers and customs officials must use the new TCO/classification from the effective date, which may alter duty treatment and administrative compliance.
