Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument revokes Tariff Concession Order 0003514 for a specified electronic, interactive doll and replaces it with Tariff Concession Order 0614601 that reclassifies the dolls under a different customs tariff heading and Schedule 4 item. Importers of the described dolls are affected because the tariff treatment (and any concession linked to the Schedule 4 item) changes with effect from 1 January 2007. The change was made by a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (Robert Crawford).
