Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This order revokes Tariff Concession Order 9703507 (effective 1 Jan 2007) and replaces it with Tariff Concession Order 0614299, reclassifying "parts of injection rubber moulding machines" from tariff 8477.90.90 to 8477.90.00 and assigning item 50 of Part III, Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995. Implemented by a delegate under s269SD(2) of the Customs Act 1901, the change means importers and customs must update classifications and paperwork because a different Schedule 4 item now applies.
