Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Order cancels an earlier tariff concession for sets of bar glassware (cocktail shakers and drinking glasses) and replaces it with two new tariff concession orders that reclassify those goods under different customs tariff headings. The change takes effect from 1 January 2007. It affects importers and customs officers because the new tariff classifications and the Schedule 4 item determine which tariff treatment and compliance rules apply to these imported goods.
